At Z& Co Events, each piece is carefully handcrafted and personalised to order. Please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Processing Time:
Custom orders require approximately 2–3 weeks to create, depending on the design, quantity, and current order schedule. Please contact us before ordering if you require your item by a specific date.

Shipping Time:
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery times will depend on your chosen shipping method and location. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping delays caused by postal services, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of Z&Co Events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.
